Cookie & Storage Policy

Intently stores what is necessary to make the platform work — your login session and display preferences. We also use Google Ads for advertising measurement. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland, a consent banner will appear and advertising scripts will only load if you accept.
1. How Intently Stores Data
Intently uses browser localStorage to store authentication tokens and user preferences. This allows you to stay logged in across sessions and preserves settings like theme (light/dark mode) and display preferences. We do not use localStorage for tracking or advertising purposes beyond the consent-related keys described below.

3. HTTP Cookies
Intently does not set any HTTP cookies for regular users. All authentication is handled through localStorage tokens and Authorization headers.
4. Third-Party Services

5. What We Do Not Currently Use
- No display advertising or ad networks
- No retargeting pixels or behavioral profiling
- No cross-site tracking beyond the advertising measurement described above
- No fingerprinting or device identification beyond authentication
- No session replay, keystroke logging, or mouse tracking
6. Consent Banner
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we show a consent banner when you first visit. You can choose to accept or decline advertising cookies. If you accept, Google Ads scripts and related measurement tools will load. If you decline, they will not load. Visitors outside these regions do not see the banner.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. This will reopen the consent banner so you can update your preferences.
7. Managing Your Storage
You can clear or manage localStorage and cookies through your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All
Note: Clearing localStorage will log you out of Intently and reset your preferences.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie & Storage Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made.
